This Privacy Policy describes how Family Equb PLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information. This policy complies with applicable data protection laws and the requirements of the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email, phone number, date of birth, identification documents for KYC, financial account details, and profile information. We collect device information, usage data, IP address, and approximate location automatically when you use the Platform. We may receive confirmation of transactions and verification results from third-party payment processors and identity verification services. The Company does not collect or store raw biometric data.
3.2 How We Use Information
We use your information to create and manage your account, process Equb transactions and payouts, verify your identity, assess risk and detect fraud, calculate eligibility and collateral scores, provide customer support, send service notifications, improve the Platform, and comply with legal obligations. Marketing communications are sent only with your consent.
3.3 Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers who perform payment processing, identity verification, hosting, analytics, and communications delivery, under strict contractual obligations. Your name, profile photo, and payment status are visible to members of your Equb groups. We disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Financial records are retained for seven years. We implement encryption, access controls, and security monitoring to protect your data. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and authorities as required by law.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data through the Platform or by contacting support. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by law. The Platform is not intended for users under eighteen years of age.
